Description

  • Guide and mentor the team on data-handling best practices.
  • Review team deliverables and provide feedback before they are shared with customers.
  • Transform and prepare data for analysis and reporting.
  • Create easy-to-digest analytical reports for US healthcare customers.
  • Design and build workflows on the Data Activation Platform to pull data from client systems.
  • Ensure workflows comply with internal standards and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and tune workflow configurations for high availability in production environments.
  • Understand Innovaccer data warehousing concepts and apply best practices.
  • Assess complex client requirements and develop integration solutions that work seamlessly with customer systems.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an analytics role at a data services or product company.
  • Strong data modeling knowledge and understanding of different data modeling concepts.
  • Strong SQL skills for ETL work.
  • Python or other scripting language experience is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts, including predictive modeling and classification.
  • Ability to use AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot or LLM-based coding assistants while maintaining code quality and correctness.
  • Clear and concise communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple high-priority customer engagements.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and sharing data engineering best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
