Description

  • Partner with CxOs, VPs, senior architects, and other stakeholders to define data and AI platform strategies for healthcare customers and partners.
  • Deliver executive-level architecture briefings, technical deep dives, and co-innovation workshops.
  • Lead solution design and technical validation for use cases such as care coordination, risk stratification, prior authorization, RCM acceleration, and digital front door.
  • Serve as a platform evangelist in customer briefings, industry events, and partner ecosystems.
  • Guide customers through build-vs-buy decisions, technical roadmapping, and platform deployment options including cloud-native, multi-tenant, and hybrid models.
  • Collaborate with Gravity product managers and engineers to align product roadmap priorities with market demand and customer feedback.
  • Lead technical pre-sales support for strategic RFPs, POCs, and sandbox deployments.
  • Work with SMEs in interoperability, clinical informatics, and data governance to design scalable, standards-aligned solutions.
  • Support go-to-market motions across providers, payers, and life sciences from initial pitch through expansion.
  • Mentor Solution Architects and support their growth within the team.

Requirements

  • 12–18 years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform adoption, or technical strategy in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or cloud-native ecosystems is strongly preferred.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-suite leaders, enterprise architects, and domain experts.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, semantic layers, and modern data engineering practices.
  • Comfort working with AI-driven products and architecture, including LLMs, inference pipelines, AI agents, and vector stores.
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and X12.
  • Familiarity with EMRs such as Epic and Cerner, payer systems, and APIs.
  • Strong ability to whiteboard, diagram, and narrate complex solution architectures for business and technical audiences.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, engineering, and customer success.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in a pre-sales role, is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake are preferred.
