Description

  • Manage services delivered to assigned pharmacy clients, including monthly reporting, EQUIPP access, and network processes.
  • Oversee development and execution of contracts for assigned pharmacy clients and their support networks.
  • Participate in PQS business and new product development for the pharmacy sector (e.g., EQUIPP Copilot launch, go-to-market readiness and adoption).
  • Establish service levels for assigned clients and improve client engagement and embeddedness with EQUIPP performance information.
  • Create and support annual goal-setting processes for individual accounts and facilitate new work from inception through deployment as the customer’s champion.
  • Develop and distribute client-facing communications shared with the pharmacy team, including PQS Monthly Notes and EQUIPP Refresh Notices.
  • Contribute to weekly client services calls for internal and external stakeholders and provide client-specific guidance on adopting quality improvement processes that affect performance measurement scores.
  • Provide training and resources related to medication-related quality measures and EQUIPP usage, and support client inquiries through the support service desk for PQS contract-related and general questions.
  • Represent PQS at conferences and trade shows targeting community pharmacists and travel to client sites or corporate headquarters as needed (approximately 30% travel).
  • Collaborate with PQS staff and parent companies to ensure successful execution of PQS mission and plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Solid understanding of the pharmacy marketplace.
  • Solid understanding of quality measurement for medication use and management, including Medicare Stars, HEDIS, and/or pharmacy clinical services.
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to work independently with a strong work ethic and achieve results with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to observe high levels of business protocol and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sensitive timelines.
  • Comfort with travel (approximately 30% of the time) and attending industry conferences and client meetings.
  • Experience providing training, support, or guidance related to quality measurement systems or performance data (preferred).
