Description

  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans for assigned clients and brands.
  • Own client accounts while collaborating with omnichannel strategists and cross-functional teams across account, project management, creative, data, technology, and media.
  • Translate brand challenges, commercial opportunities, and audience insights into personalized omnichannel experiences.
  • Bridge insights, creative, analytics, media, and client goals into cohesive engagement ecosystems.
  • Drive strategic vision from conception through execution for scoped projects, ensuring alignment with the broader omnichannel plan.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to define measurement plans, review performance, and develop optimization recommendations.
  • Partner with account and brand strategy teams to build annual strategic and tactical plans across channels, content, and messaging.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Support business development through proposal development and new business pitches.
  • Stay current on omnichannel best practices, trends, channels, technologies, and partners in and outside healthcare.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of agency experience with a foundation in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing.
  • 4+ years of experience in a digital, engagement, or omnichannel strategy role.
  • Experience marketing to both patients/consumers and healthcare professionals.
  • Deep experience in omnichannel marketing, digital marketing, CRM, relationship marketing, customer segmentation, segmented content strategies, marketing and sales automation, digital media, social media, search, and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Hands-on experience with agency new business efforts, including proposal writing and pitching.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations.
  • Strong fluency in media and channel capabilities.
  • Sharp understanding of content strategy and a data-first mindset.
  • Remote and hybrid flexibility for the role.
