Description

  • Route work for internal and external review, including client review and medical/legal review submissions.
  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, resources, and processes from concept through implementation.
  • Support senior Project Managers with day-to-day project management tasks and administrative coordination.
  • Work across creative, technology, strategy, account, and behavioral services teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain electronic job folders and keep project records organized according to agency procedures.
  • Route projects through Ziflow for review and sign-off in accordance with agency process.
  • Open, close, and update jobs in the project management system, including task updates and file uploads.
  • Prepare assets and submission materials, including references, citations, and claims, for creative deliverables.
  • Pull weekly project financial reports.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare materials for team discussions.

Requirements

  • Entry-level candidate for an Associate Project Manager role.
  • Remote work available, with work scheduled on EST.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and process-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • High comfort level with technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to follow instructions from senior team members in a timely manner.
  • Experience with multiple submission platforms and Ziflow preferred.
  • Collaboration skills in an innovative, cooperative work environment.
  • Interest in healthcare, behavioral science, or agency project work preferred.
