Description

  • Conduct daily reviews of key performance indicators and service level activity, and escalate trends or issues related to late performance, availability, and communication.
  • Manage the contractor payment inquiry queue by resolving straightforward questions or routing issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Review contractor payment reports, including new payments, outstanding balances, and digital wallet transactions.
  • Monitor and update contractor credentials such as registration information, driver’s licenses, and insurance documentation.
  • Review contractor profiles to ensure information is accurate and communication preferences are current.
  • Maintain a log of active issues and follow them through to resolution.
  • Respond to contractor notes in internal systems and escalate when appropriate.
  • Answer urgent contractor support phone calls and determine the best path to resolution.
  • Monitor and respond to actionable emails regarding signed affidavits, job-related questions, and payment requests.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including sourcing registration lists and assisting with contractor profile creation and system setup.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal or contractor management environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify issues and implement solutions proactively.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with contractors and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to operational standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
