Description

  • Manage full life-cycle S/4HANA implementations in Production Planning (PP) and/or Quality Management (QM).
  • Lead and prepare Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard and business transformation workshops with manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Advise clients on future-state operating models for production, quality, warehousing, and logistics and translate strategy into scalable S/4HANA-enabled solutions.
  • Drive process harmonization across plants, regions, and business units to realize end-to-end value.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in production planning & execution, quality governance & compliance, inventory optimization & warehouse operations, and transportation planning & network efficiency.
  • Guide clients through greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA transformation journeys, including solution design and implementation governance.
  • Manage change impact, stakeholder alignment, and adoption strategy with plant heads, supply chain leaders, and CXO stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support program leadership in roadmap planning, transformation governance, and value realization.
  • Support executive-level discussions on supply chain optimization and manufacturing excellence.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing and SAP implementations.
  • 2–5 full project lifecycles of hands-on experience in SAP PP and/or QM.
  • Client-facing experience in SAP transformation programs with ability to engage plant heads, supply chain leaders, and CXO stakeholders.
  • Experience driving process transformation (not only system configuration) in manufacturing contexts.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery approaches.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and domain knowledge across one or more of: PP, QM, EWM, TM.
  • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with C2 proficiency in the country’s official language(s) and English.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in project-related mobility.
