Description

  • Work on end-to-end supply chain planning digital transformation programs from process template definition through implementation.
  • Participate in project delivery across design, development, testing, training, and hypercare phases.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and shape solution architecture and process design.
  • Design efficient supply chain processes within SAP IBP and support module implementation and customization.
  • Support key user training and provide end-user assistance on SAP IBP usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve technical issues, optimize the knowledge management repository, and improve test suites after go-live.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to address technical issues and maintain SAP IBP stability and uptime.
  • Support initiatives that integrate SAP IBP with other enterprise systems to streamline data flow.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning projects with a focus on SAP IBP implementation.
  • Life cycle implementation experience in SAP IBP modules such as Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory, or S&OP.
  • If focused only on support, at least 5 years of SAP IBP support experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and Control Tower.
  • Technical knowledge of solution design, technical integration, and development activities for SAP IBP modules.
  • Experience with SAP APO and integration methodologies is an advantage.
  • SAP IBP certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations for workshops and training sessions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder management, resilience, and experience documenting and communicating information for different audiences.
