Description

  • Manage full life-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in the areas of Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution and Quality Management.
  • Evaluate business requirements and identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices.
  • Plan, prepare and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops with stakeholders.
  • Design solutions and define adoption measures to address identified gaps and improve business processes.
  • Ensure system implementation and delivery together with nearshore/offshore team members.
  • Act as a sparring partner for the client and take on project management responsibilities.
  • Gather, validate, synthesize, document and communicate data and information for a range of audiences.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in SAP manufacturing/PP/QM area.
  • At least 2–5 full project lifecycles of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM.
  • Profound Production Planning, Shop-Floor Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management process experience.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications.
  • SAP S/4HANA project experience and/or S/4HANA certification.
  • Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects.
  • Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving and resilience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal English (C2); willingness to travel for projects.
