Description

  • Take a key delivery role on Oracle ERP Finance and/or Supply Chain solutions in functional or workstream management roles on large transformation programmes.
  • Support consulting engagements across requirements analysis, functional design, process design, fit-gap analysis, deployment, and business readiness.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to shape and sell Oracle ERP solutions that address client business challenges.
  • Help define and create Oracle ERP Finance and/or Supply Chain solutions for client programmes.
  • Identify and develop new and expansion business opportunities on Oracle transformation engagements.
  • Support Oracle proposal development, including value proposition, differentiators, and win themes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on Oracle Applications within relevant industries.
  • Coordinate relationship-building activities across teams to ensure clients are well advised.
  • Collaborate with Oracle ERP colleagues in a multi-geography, hybrid delivery environment to deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Established knowledge and experience in Oracle ERP Finance and/or Supply Chain functional roles in a services firm or large enterprise.
  • At least 2 successful end-to-end Oracle ERP Finance and/or Supply Chain Cloud implementations in an enterprise-level organisation.
  • Well-established networks, relationships, and involvement in the Oracle ecosystem.
  • Ability to work at a senior client-facing level within complex organisations and build empathy, credibility, and trust.
  • Recognised expertise in Oracle Applications aligned to business requirements and company vision.
  • Strong presentation skills, including comfort presenting to large groups.
  • Collaborative team-player mindset with a willingness to lead by example and roll up your sleeves.
  • Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levels.
  • Ability to travel as and when required.
