Description

  • Lead Industry X, Digital Manufacturing, and Smart Operations workstreams in client-facing international projects.
  • Act as a functional and solution expert to advise customers and deliver results in the area of expertise.
  • Plan, design, and implement complex Digital Manufacturing and Industry X transformation projects across the full project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver transformation programs.
  • Contribute to business development activities from request for information through proposal submission and presentation.
  • Support practice development through service offering creation, training, and knowledge management.
  • Develop methodologies, collateral, toolkits, and presentation materials to promote methods and tools.
  • Estimate technology and implementation effort and costs to support client business cases.
  • Analyze client strategy, operating vision, business imperatives, and capabilities to identify process improvements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting roles or with a software vendor.
  • Deep expertise in manufacturing solutions, including PLM/R&D systems, MES, and supply chain integration.
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals.
  • Deep knowledge of R&D operations, including its challenges and opportunities.
  • Experience assisting with client business case development, including cost and effort estimation.
  • Hands-on experience designing end-to-end solutions, including application integration and cloud architectures.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies and ability to apply them to R&D, PLM, and NPD operational processes.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP, PIM, and DAM.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the country’s official language(s) and English at C2 proficiency.
  • Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
