Description

  • Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage and motivate geographically distributed, multi-vendor, and complex client teams.
  • Develop and implement structured program delivery frameworks.
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to support program success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior client leaders.
  • Prepare large proposals and program plans and support proposal presentations.
  • Own and review program financials and articulate value-based propositions.
  • Mentor and coach consulting resources.
  • Gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate information for different audiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading challenging business transformation programs across the full lifecycle of SAP programs.
  • Track record of delivering programs under difficult circumstances while meeting time, cost, quality, and budget targets.
  • Experience leading teams in complex environments with multiple vendors, complex client structures, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience working with global teams and leading consultant teams locally and remotely.
  • Strong understanding of how to set up programs for success across IT, business, and change components.
  • Ability to define and apply well-structured program delivery frameworks.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence C-level stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.
  • Experience in client-facing consulting roles and multi-country SAP ECC and S/4HANA rollouts of significant size, scope, and complexity.
  • Experience working with offshore resources.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching consulting resources.
  • Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
