Description

  • Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
  • Ensure program delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage and motivate geographically distributed, multi-vendor, and client teams.
  • Develop and implement structured program delivery frameworks.
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to support successful delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior client leaders.
  • Prepare and lead large proposals and program plans.
  • Own and review program financials and present value-based propositions to clients.
  • Lead proposal presentations and help shape consulting differentiators.
  • Gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate information for different audiences.

Requirements

  • Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full-lifecycle SAP programs.
  • Experience with multi-country rollouts of significant size, scope, and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA.
  • Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
  • Ability to lead teams in complex, multi-vendor, geographically distributed environments.
  • Experience leading consultant teams both locally and remotely.
  • Strong knowledge of how to set up programs for success across IT, business, and change components.
  • Ability to define and apply well-structured program delivery frameworks.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence C-level stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Substantial experience in client-facing consulting roles.
  • Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
