Description

  • Provide expert advisory support to clients on optimising IT service delivery and digital operations.
  • Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) aligned to AI, cloud, cyber and service management strategies.
  • Advise, design and implement Service Integration & Management (SIAM) models for multi-vendor and multi-function environments.
  • Lead project teams to deliver current-state assessments, target operating model design, and implementation of ITSM and SIAM governance, principles, and operating processes.
  • Develop practical, execution-ready transformation roadmaps and govern their execution.
  • Define roles, decision rights, governance structures, service accountability and performance metrics for operating model transformations.
  • Establish performance metrics and success measures to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead senior client conversations, contribute to proposals, and develop consulting offerings and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • ITSM certification (e.g., ITIL) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8–15+ years’ experience (grade dependent) in Operating Model Design, SIAM, ITSM Strategy, or CIO Advisory within consulting firms or large enterprises.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Operating Models and/or Service Management frameworks (TOM and SIAM).
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and strong stakeholder management/executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience with ITSM tools and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and advising on tool selection.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across client sites within the EMEA region and fluent spoken and written English.
  • Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree and experience delivering AI-enabled or AI-ready operating models, including AI rollout, adoption or governance.
  • Preferred: exposure to M&A scenarios (post-merger integration, carve-outs, service separation/Day-1/Day-2 design) and strong understanding of cloud platforms, network services, sourcing, and service delivery operations.
