Description

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate new business leads and convert prospects into long-term clients within the media/advertising landscape.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with agency and brand clients by acting as a trusted advisor and solutions provider.
  • Adapt and improve internal acquisition and prospecting processes to increase sales efficiency and pipeline quality.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (data, creative, talent, media) to package and communicate solutions that deliver customer value.
  • Develop and refine internal products and solutions based on agency and client feedback to better fit market needs.
  • Manage time, resources, and priorities as an individual contributor with full ownership of outcomes.
  • Expand Influur’s presence and partnerships across major agencies (Big Six, boutique, media, creative, BTLs) in the region.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support sales and client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to conduct business meetings in English (English fluency required).
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within the media, marketing, or advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious sales goals.
  • Experience managing a book of business worth over US$1M in annual revenue.
  • Deep knowledge of and established contacts within the Advertising/Media Agencies landscape (Big Six agencies, boutique agencies, media agencies, creative agencies, BTLs, etc.).
  • Experience or familiarity with influencer marketing is a plus (company will provide development in this area).
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and operations within the media industry.
  • Willingness and availability to travel nationally and internationally when required.

Benefits

  • Base salary range $48,000–$54,000 USD per year (approx. $4,000–$4,500/month) plus commissions.
