Description

Design high-impact motion content for product launches, campaigns, and day-to-day marketing needs.
Translate product features and strategies into clear, engaging visual stories.
Create animated assets for social media, landing pages, paid ads, and digital campaigns.
Lead motion work across reels, video ads, product demos, animated carousels, and micro-interactions.
Use AI-powered tools to accelerate production, explore ideas at scale, and expand creative output.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life.
Help evolve and maintain a consistent motion language across the brand.
Manage multiple projects at once while staying fast, organized, and detail-oriented.

Requirements

Strong portfolio with motion at the center and evidence of work that drives conversion, not just visual appeal.
Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut.
Experience using Figma or similar tools to bridge static design and motion.
Experience using AI video and motion tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Midjourney, or Firefly as part of a real workflow.
Background in brand, product marketing, or content work close enough to understand message-driven motion.
Ability to work scrappily, figure things out quickly, and operate with minimal direction.
Strong communication skills for working with product and marketing teams.
Ability to manage several projects at once and deliver polished work.
