Description

  • Lead the design of digital and print assets across landing pages, editorial layouts, email campaigns, social, invitations, signage, and decks.
  • Set and uphold the creative standard for the design team by guiding and giving feedback to junior designers.
  • Drive projects from concept through final production while maintaining a cohesive design approach.
  • Partner with marketing, brand partnerships, and product teams to translate strategic goals into visual executions.
  • Champion and evolve the goop visual identity across digital and physical experiences.
  • Maintain a high creative standard across marketing, editorial, branding, advertising, and experiential initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of graphic design experience in beauty, wellness, fashion, luxury, and/or online media.
  • A standout portfolio showing a clean, consistent aesthetic across digital and print work.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge of Figma is a strong plus.
  • Degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior designers and lead projects end to end with minimal oversight.
  • Strong typography and layout skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
