Description

Design motion content for product launches, campaigns, and day-to-day marketing needs.
Translate product features and strategies into engaging visual stories.
Create animated assets for social media, landing pages, paid ads, and digital campaigns.
Lead motion across reels, video ads, product demos, animated carousels, and micro-interactions.
Use AI-powered tools to accelerate production and explore creative ideas at scale.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life across touchpoints.
Help define and maintain a consistent motion language across the brand.
Manage multiple projects at once while staying fast, organized, and detail-oriented.

Requirements

Strong portfolio with motion design at the center.
Understanding of timing, pacing, and visual hierarchy.
Experience working in After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut.
Ability to use Figma or similar tools to move between static and motion design.
Hands-on use of AI video and motion tools such as Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Firefly, or Pika.
Background in brand, product marketing, or content-focused work.
Ability to figure things out quickly and work scrappily with limited direction.
Clear communication with product and marketing teams.
Ability to manage several projects at once and still ship polished work.
