Description

Design high-impact motion content for product launches, campaigns, and day-to-day marketing needs.
Translate product features and strategies into clear, engaging visual stories.
Create animated assets for social media, landing pages, paid ads, and digital campaigns.
Lead motion work across reels, video ads, product demos, animated carousels, and micro-interactions.
Use AI-powered tools such as Runway, Kling, Midjourney, and Firefly to accelerate production and expand creative output.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life across touchpoints.
Help evolve and maintain a consistent motion language across the brand.
Own the motion design of the company website and product landing pages, including animated hero modules and scroll-triggered storytelling.
Animate paid social creative for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Build and maintain a reusable motion system, including brand kits, ad templates, motion presets, and an animated product screenshot library.

Requirements

Strong portfolio with motion design at the center.
Experience creating animation that supports conversion and marketing goals.
Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and visual hierarchy.
Experience using After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut.
Experience using Figma or similar tools to bridge static design and motion.
Hands-on experience with AI video and motion tools such as Runway, Kling, or Pika.
Background in brand, product marketing, or content.
Ability to work quickly, independently, and scrappily without requiring step-by-step direction.
Strong communication skills when working with product and marketing teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once while still shipping polished work.
