Description

  • Design the platform architecture across data-plane, control-plane, and infrastructure components.
  • Build and optimize the high-parallel crawler, session management, anti-bot bypass, and CAPTCHA-solving capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain the API, authorization, billing, quotas, and monitoring systems.
  • Lead microservices-based infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability tooling.
  • Establish development and release processes for the engineering team.
  • Own code quality control and technical decision-making across the platform.
  • Research browser and network-level fingerprinting techniques such as JA3, TLS, and CDP.
  • Develop and improve protection-bypass approaches for systems such as Cloudflare, Akamai, Qrator, ServicePipe, and Variti.
  • Set up and support DevOps/SRE practices including Helm charts, scaling configuration, monitoring, and SLA processes.
  • Mentor team members and drive accountability for results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of engineering experience in high-load backend or data platform development.
  • Extensive web scraping experience is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of HTTP, TLS, HTTP/2, proxies, and browser stack technologies including CDP and WebRTC.
  • Experience with async Python and Go, ideally both.
  • Experience with Redis, queues, and message brokers.
  • Advanced DevOps skills with Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, and CI/CD.
  • Experience analyzing and bypassing bot protection systems is a strong plus.
  • Fluent English is required for documentation and team communication.
  • Decision-making skills, mentoring ability, and strong accountability for results.
  • Experience with browser and network fingerprinting techniques is a plus.
