Description

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the company’s SaaS/DaaS products, including strategy, roadmap, service quality, and customer value.
  • Define and maintain product requirements, service-level objectives (SLOs), and quality standards for reliable product performance.
  • Build frameworks to measure product quality, identify issues, evaluate improvements, and support safe releases.
  • Balance product performance, operational efficiency, and cost while improving the customer experience.
  • Validate new product ideas through rapid prototyping and experimentation before full-scale development.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver product initiatives from discovery through launch.
  • Ensure product decisions align with security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impact using data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback and operational metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs across technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

  • Several years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS, platform, data, or infrastructure products.
  • Experience delivering AI-powered or data-driven product features from concept to production.
  • Experience defining requirements, measuring success, and monitoring product performance for product features.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience designing product success metrics and evaluating feature quality.
  • Ability to define product requirements, functional specifications, and service expectations for technical products and APIs.
  • Solid technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams about performance, scalability, and trade-offs.
  • Understanding of operational efficiency and cost optimization in cloud-based or AI-enabled products.
  • Familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance best practices, including GDPR and SOC 2.
  • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Technical or engineering background, experience with design reviews, or a portfolio/case studies demonstrating delivery of AI-powered, data-intensive, or platform products (preferred).
