Description

  • Provide technical demonstrations, web demos, and architecture discussions for end-users, integrators, and customers.
  • Answer technical questions and guide implementation based on customer requirements.
  • Host Lunch and Learns, webinars, and training sessions to educate customers and integrators on Ignition features.
  • Assist customers with questionnaires, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • Provide solution support so users and partners can successfully adopt and use Ignition software.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events as needed, with travel required.
  • Assist with Ignition Benchmark Testing and build Ignition Exchange resources.
  • Work with enterprise accounts and help build long-term customer relationships.
  • Continue developing the sales pipeline and proactively support growth within targeted accounts.
  • Work with integrators to advance them through the company’s Integrator Program and assist with internal trainings and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent programming/database experience.
  • 2-4+ years of programming and/or database experience, or 4-7+ years without a degree.
  • Certifications or training in programming bootcamps, cloud infrastructure, or networking, or 2-4 years of experience in those areas.
  • Experience with Ignition, including its modules and architectures.
  • Ability to provide basic technical demonstrations.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers (preferred).
  • Ability to travel for conferences, trade shows, and events.
