Description

  • Manage concierge referrals and select providers that meet members’ needs.
  • Understand members’ preferences and present high-quality provider options.
  • Work with the scheduling team to book appointments on members’ behalf.
  • Gather accurate provider information, including availability, insurance contracts, and conditions treated.
  • Track and meet service level agreements, velocity goals, and quality standards.
  • Support members in collecting and forwarding medical records to new providers.
  • Collaborate with Care, Records, Clinical, Quality, and Training teams.
  • Communicate clearly with provider offices and internal teams about scheduling and referral details.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements that improve customer experience and efficiency.
  • Discuss additional member benefits and connect members with the appropriate departments.

Requirements

  • Great verbal communication skills to explain services to provider offices and verify scheduling requirements.
  • Great written communication skills for concise and informative internal updates.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to collect and enter accurate data.
  • Comfort asking questions and raising issues when help is needed.
  • Ability to adapt to process changes in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfort performing internet searches and using common office software such as Google Apps and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a dashboard of active cases.
  • Ability to interact appropriately with leadership, employees, and members.
  • Physical ability to remain seated for long periods and use office equipment; occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs may be required.
