Description

  • Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate staff through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback.
  • Own team objectives, goals, and service standards while monitoring workflow performance.
  • Serve as an escalation point for workflow questions, clarifications, and complex cases.
  • Monitor dashboards and staffing levels to keep service standards aligned with clinician and patient needs.
  • Lead and collaborate on quality and process improvement initiatives using data to identify trends and improve performance.
  • Partner with the director and clinical quality team on ongoing QA/QI work.
  • Assist with day-to-day work and direct patient care when needed.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and engagement to support retention and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Active Registered Nurse license in good standing in the current state of licensure.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience in a clinical setting.
  • Previous experience in primary care or ambulatory care preferred.
  • Telehealth experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, tactful communication skills, including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and other technology.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively in dynamic and evolving environments.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
