Description

  • Own day-to-day operations for the company’s marketing websites and client microsites, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, accessible, and optimized across devices.
  • Execute intake tickets and internal marketing requests, managing publishing operations and day-to-day web production.
  • Translate the broader web roadmap into quarterly and monthly priorities and manage backlog, tradeoffs, bugs, optimizations, and launches.
  • Build and update pages, templates, and content modules in WordPress and related tools while troubleshooting issues and partnering with developers on complex changes.
  • Lead launch readiness and execution for site updates, including QA, compliance checks, stakeholder communication, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Improve web publishing workflows, documentation, and operational guardrails to increase speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Identify and apply AI and automation opportunities to streamline repetitive work and improve QA, optimization, and team efficiency.
  • Define and implement scalable technical SEO and AEO/GEO best practices across site architecture, internal linking, metadata, structured data, XML sitemaps, redirects, canonicals, and indexation controls.
  • Own test-and-learn execution across sites by developing hypotheses, running experiments, and operationalizing successful changes.
  • Monitor site health and technical SEO performance using analytics, Search Console, and crawling tools, then diagnose and prioritize remediation for issues such as crawlability, rendering, indexation, page speed, broken templates, and technical errors.
  • Build reporting on key web KPIs and communicate results, recommendations, and priorities to stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, Content Strategy, and external partners from concept through launch.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, technical SEO, web publishing, or related roles, with hands-on responsibility for a production marketing website.
  • Strong experience with WordPress or a similar CMS, including page creation, content updates, site structure, publishing workflows, and technical troubleshooting with developers.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience, including ownership of intake, prioritization, and execution across multiple concurrent web initiatives.
  • Strong working knowledge of technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, schema, internal linking, site architecture, redirects, canonicals, XML sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, and issue diagnosis.
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including how front-end implementation and rendering decisions affect performance, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Experience using AI and LLM-based tools to improve efficiency across technical SEO, web publishing, content operations, QA, or analysis workflows.
  • Experience running experiments and supporting conversion rate optimization on landing pages or website experiences.
  • Proficiency with web analytics and technical SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and related crawling, auditing, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations, communicate technical concepts clearly, and improve processes over time.
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare, digital health, or another regulated industry.
  • Preferred: experience scaling client microsites, personalized web experiences, or B2B2C digital journeys.
  • Preferred: experience contributing to web governance, reusable templates, or scalable content models that improve team efficiency.
  • Preferred: experience working with Asana or similar tools to manage web issues, requests, and development workflows.

  • Base salary range of $98,000–$139,000 per year in the United States.
