Description

  • Maintain licensing-related processes and documentation to support credentialing and accreditation requirements.
  • Initiate and coordinate licensing activities for new and existing clinicians across multiple license types.
  • Perform white-glove licensing support on behalf of clinicians.
  • Track licensing plans, ensure timely completion, and escalate issues that could delay success.
  • Maintain accurate clinician information to meet regulatory and partner obligations.
  • Support the selection, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of license management tools and resources, including CME/CEU and renewal processes.
  • Provide logistical support to clinical team members and work closely with clinical care managers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and iterate on existing workflows.
  • Communicate risks, obstacles, milestones, and progress updates to leadership.
  • Support special projects related to clinician workflows, licensing strategy, and other regulatory topics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience directly licensing clinicians.
  • Experience licensing both behavioral health and medical license types is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong learning mindset.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
