Description

  • Support a portfolio of complex clients by consolidating escalations, coordinating root-cause analysis and resolutions, closing communication loops, and identifying recurring themes.
  • Manage client relationships directly during team capacity constraints, attrition, or leave of absence coverage.
  • Collaborate on client retention and upsell initiatives.
  • Prepare materials, insights, business reviews, and strategy-session content while helping scale client success operations.
  • Lead Client Service Delivery initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and client and member experiences.
  • Develop project plans, proposals, progress reports, presentations, and actionable content for consistent client-lifecycle execution.
  • Lead cross-functional workgroups and represent portfolio and team perspectives in service delivery initiatives.
  • Communicate priorities, progress, barriers, and timelines to client success leadership and team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B healthcare experience working with Fortune 500 clients, with expertise in benefits and healthcare.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to manage difficult conversations and influence executives.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions, deliver data-driven insights, and support client outcomes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with demonstrated accountability for delivering results.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to derive client value insights.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment.
  • Solution-focused, curious, optimistic problem solver with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

  • Base salary of $95,260–$124,704 per year, depending on location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
