Description

  • Own end-to-end project management across multiple DocUpdate initiatives and keep work on schedule.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams while identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting.
  • Drive projects from planning through execution with minimal oversight.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance, Concierge, and other stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination across departments and keep teams aligned on priorities and timelines.
  • Communicate project status clearly to leadership.
  • Introduce scalable project management practices that improve execution and visibility.
  • Recommend and implement tools and best practices to improve team efficiency and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • PMP certification required.
  • 3+ years of corporate project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to independently lead projects with minimal oversight and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing projects involving Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance, or similar cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment (preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare, health technology, or regulated industries (preferred).
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks (preferred).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking initiative and solving problems proactively (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $100,000 - $135,000.
