Description

  • Build and manage production workflows across social, YouTube, and paid content.
  • Oversee scheduling, timelines, communications, and daily production operations.
  • Configure Airtable as the central tracking system for content pipelines.
  • Build and maintain asset libraries, naming conventions, tagging systems, and file organization standards.
  • Manage pre-production tasks including call sheets, shot lists, logistics, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate external contractors, including shooters, editors, sound professionals, and studios.
  • Support monthly product shoots and track delivery of long-form, short-form, and social content.
  • Maintain storage, backup, archive, releases, invoices, and vendor documentation.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement operational improvements for future shows and formats.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience producing digital, social, or YouTube content.
  • Experience building and maintaining content workflows and operational systems.
  • Strong organizational skills managing footage, assets, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and create clear processes in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with both scrappy and high-end production workflows.
  • Experience in health, wellness, science, or mission-driven content environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting expert-led, research-driven, or educational productions preferred.
  • Experience building systems within a fast-growing media, technology, or consumer brand preferred.

Benefits

  • $170,000–$200,000 salary range.
