Description

  • Manage customer inquiries about electrical and electronic products through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer questions, provide guidance, and offer solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on delivery schedules.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers to request information, quotations, and product availability.
  • Follow up on customer requests and requirements to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Participate in training and updates related to products, processes, and work tools.
  • Collaborate on commercial and administrative projects and initiatives as operational needs require.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of electrical or electronic products.
  • Experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.
  • Professionalism, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
  • Business-level bilingualism in French and English.
  • A good level of English and French is required for consideration.
