Description

  • Conduct business process mapping, requirements gathering, and design workshops with clients.
  • Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions aligned with industry, business, and regulatory requirements.
  • Configure NetSuite features, processes, roles, permissions, and related settings based on client needs.
  • Migrate legacy transactional and entity data from client systems into NetSuite.
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Participate directly in client engagements and communicate with client stakeholders throughout implementations.
  • Document meeting minutes, requirements, and solution design decisions.
  • Support and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions.
  • Provide post-implementation support to improve user adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to internal processes, templates, delivery documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in ERP implementations, ideally with NetSuite or comparable systems.
  • Familiarity with core business process areas including Record to Report, Design to Build, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay.
  • Basic understanding of US GAAP accounting concepts, native system transactions, financial reports, and General Ledger impacts.
  • Practical exposure to at least one industry vertical such as Services, Software/SaaS, Staffing, Wholesale & Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, or Food & Beverages.
  • Basic knowledge of NetSuite configuration options, including custom fields, workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Experience with SuiteFlow or SuiteAnalytics is an asset.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • NetSuite certifications are an asset.
  • Advanced English is required, and résumés must be submitted in English.
