Description

  • Investigar e responder a incidentes críticos em ambientes AWS, clusters Kubernetes e componentes de rede.
  • Exercer liderança técnica na resolução e prevenção de problemas.
  • Desenvolver soluções internas como APIs e workers, principalmente em Go, além de Python/LangGraph para soluções de IA.
  • Participar da criação e definição de SLOs/SLIs, alertas de error budget e burn-rate.
  • Colaborar com times de engenharia e SREs na evolução de soluções internas.
  • Preparar aplicações para eventos de grande impacto.
  • Definir e governar padrões por meio de RFCs/IRCs.
  • Liderar Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) e GameDays de Chaos Engineering.
  • Contribuir para o refinamento técnico e aumento da maturidade do time.

Requirements

  • Experiência com desenvolvimento em Go (Golang) e Python.
  • Conhecimento de ambientes AWS, clusters Kubernetes e componentes de rede.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de Chaos Engineering, como Litmus.
  • Experiência com testes de performance, como K6.
  • Conhecimento em Service Mesh, como Istio.
  • Familiaridade com Datadog.
  • Capacidade de atuar em incidentes críticos com liderança técnica.
  • Experiência com Python/LangGraph para soluções de IA (desejável).
