Description

  • Research, evaluate, and recommend AI products, releases, platforms, and agentic capabilities for nonprofit solution implementations.
  • Lead solution scoping and pre-sales activities, including detailed implementation estimates and level-of-effort assessments.
  • Serve as the primary delivery contact for Anthropic partnership stakeholders and advise on joint go-to-market initiatives and nonprofit use cases.
  • Translate client business requirements into well-architected AI solutions using the Claude platform and integrated applications.
  • Lead project teams through discovery, use-case identification, prompt engineering, agent configuration, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
  • Define AI proof-of-concept and MVP evaluation standards with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and refine AI-for-nonprofits best practices, implementation methodologies, and process documentation.
  • Champion responsible AI practices, including transparency, privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical use of sensitive nonprofit data.
  • Assure service quality through project audits and practice assessments while mentoring consultants and supporting talent development.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through content, customer stories, presentations, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Excellent client-facing written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience designing and deploying generative AI or LLM-based solutions in consulting or enterprise environments.
  • At least 3 years of nonprofit-sector experience, including familiarity with fundraising, case management, program delivery, advocacy, and volunteer management.
  • At least 2 years of experience using story mapping to capture business requirements.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading technology implementation project teams.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate AI capabilities across disparate systems.
  • Expertise in nonprofit solutioning, AI tools, LLM-based products, and agentic workflow configuration.
  • Experience with the Idealist Way or an equivalent delivery methodology (preferred).
  • Experience with Anthropic Claude, the Claude API, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, nonprofit CRM platforms, AI-practice leadership, PMP certification, or AI/nonprofit thought leadership (preferred).
