Description

  • Lead satellite and ISR sales to government customers across the defined Northern LATAM territory, including upselling within the existing customer base.
  • Develop and qualify the Northern LATAM market for ICEYE’s sovereign and turnkey ISR missions.
  • Define and execute a regional go-to-market strategy based on structured market intelligence to prioritize target markets and guide resource allocation.
  • Initiate and lead at least three strategic ISR sales campaigns in the first year.
  • Build and grow a multi-year satellite sales pipeline (2026–2028) to establish sustainable, recurring government partnerships.
  • Establish ICEYE as a recognized ISR leader and trusted partner through consistent engagement with government institutions, local primes, and industry events.
  • Drive collaboration with ICEYE’s Data and Solutions sales teams to identify and close integrated ISR and data opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain high-level relationships with Ministries of Defense, Air Forces, Space Agencies, and other government stakeholders.
  • Apply professional sales processes and strategic sales thinking to execute complex, long-cycle government deals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience within the Aerospace, Defense, or Space industry.
  • 5+ years of international sales/export experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Earth Observation, preferably SAR.
  • Existing network to all levels of government and government organisations in the assigned market.
  • Proven experience managing high-level relationships with MoDs, Air Forces, and Space Agencies.
  • Experience executing complex strategic sales and applying professional sales processes.
  • Ability to speak the local language relevant to the market (e.g., Spanish) and operate across Mexico, Colombia, or Peru.
  • Based in or able to work for Mexico, Colombia, or Peru; role is remote.
  • Employment is subject to applicable security screening (including SUPO where required).
