Description

  • Develop and maintain WordPress-based websites using modern coding standards and page builders.
  • Implement custom themes and plugins to meet specific design and functionality requirements.
  • Integrate and configure third-party plugins, APIs, and external services to extend website capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain custom plugins tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver responsive, pixel-perfect websites.
  • Debug and resolve issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and hosting environments.
  • Manage site migrations, version control workflows, and staging/deployment processes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for code, plugins, and project configurations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of professional WordPress development experience, excluding internships.
  • At least 2 years of experience in plugin development or custom feature development.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Hands-on experience with Elementor, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), and WooCommerce.
  • Solid understanding of WordPress architecture, including hooks, filters, and the REST API.
  • Familiarity with Git, cPanel, SSH, and staging/deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques such as caching, image compression, and lazy loading.
  • Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal, for international collaboration.
  • Experience in fintech or financial platform design is preferred.
  • Strong backend development experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Laravel, React, or other modern frameworks is preferred.
