Description

  • Engage daily with followers through comments, messages, tags, and reposts.
  • Build relationships with traders, influencers, and community partners to strengthen the brand network.
  • Moderate community discussions and maintain brand values and professionalism.
  • Monitor trading- and prop firm-related conversations and participate in relevant discussions to increase visibility.
  • Gather community feedback and share insights with the marketing and product teams.
  • Plan and execute community activations such as giveaways, challenges, Q&A sessions, and trader highlights.
  • Track and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment.
  • Create and publish Reels and other short-form content about trading, prop firms, and industry news for social channels including TikTok.
  • Post Stories featuring promotions, updates, and client success stories.
  • Launch and manage the brand’s official Twitter (X) account, including regular threads on trading insights, funding challenges, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with a designer and creative team to produce on-brand visuals and engaging on-screen content.
  • Act as on-camera talent for short-form video content and help deliver video concepts from planning through production.

Requirements

  • Prop trading or trading industry knowledge is mandatory.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing social media accounts in the financial industry.
  • Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Confident, expressive personality suited to short-form video platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong understanding of social media engagement tactics and community behavior.
  • Experience with creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to growing community engagement.
  • Proactive, responsive, and able to represent the brand with a professional yet friendly tone.
