Description

Design, build, and maintain robust AWS infrastructure for scalable, secure, high-availability applications.
Manage and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable deployments.
Implement AWS security best practices, including IAM roles and policies, secure networking, and data protection measures.
Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and AWS cost efficiency.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and support disaster recovery planning to strengthen operational resilience.
Provide guidance and mentorship on AWS and DevOps best practices to the engineering team.

Requirements

Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade systems on AWS.
Hands-on experience with EC2, including scaling and maintenance.
Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, including cost optimization.
Hands-on experience with API Gateway, AWS VPN solutions, and IAM.
Experience with DynamoDB, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, and ScyllaDB or a similar distributed NoSQL database.
Strong experience maintaining and improving automated CI/CD pipelines.
Solid experience with performance monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or similar.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect technical execution to business needs.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is preferred.
Familiarity with AWS SAM or Serverless Framework is preferred.
Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and monitoring is preferred.
Previous experience in Fintech, SaaS, or high-availability environments is preferred.
