Description

  • Design high-impact digital assets for social media, email newsletters, and display advertising.
  • Create web banners, landing page assets, and product infographics that improve the user journey and conversion rates.
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing and performance teams on creative concepts for seasonal launches and global sales events.
  • Analyze design performance and iterate based on data and feedback to improve results.
  • Perform basic retouching on product photography for marketing use.
  • Create motion graphics or short-form video assets for advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Strong preference for experience in ecommerce or a digital agency environment.
  • A portfolio demonstrating performance-based design work, including ads, landing pages, or email marketing, is mandatory.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency with Canva and/or Figma.
  • Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a significant plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, typography, and visual hierarchy for online consumers.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for working with an international team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Fully comfortable working in a 100% remote setup.
