Description

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects and workstreams supporting digital health, AI, and healthcare innovation initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagements to build collaboration and consensus.
  • Develop executive-level briefings, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables.
  • Lead project planning activities, monitor milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to support successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer, and project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Develop monthly implementation progress dashboards, monthly program status reports, executive briefing materials, and digital health pipeline dashboards.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and support evaluation plans and project completion reports.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff and support collaboration across project teams.
  • Perform other programmatic, analytical, and strategic duties as assigned in support of contract objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience supporting or leading federal, healthcare, technology, digital transformation, or program management initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading project activities or workstreams, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements, or discovery sessions across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing executive-level briefings, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing complex information into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Preferred: Master's degree in a related field.
  • Preferred: 7+ years of professional experience supporting or leading federal, healthcare, technology, digital transformation, or program management initiatives.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting VA, DHA, DoD, HHS, CMS, or other federal healthcare agencies.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting digital health, healthcare innovation, AI, human-centered design, or healthcare technology initiatives.
  • Preferred: Experience with product implementation, pilot programs, program evaluations, or performance measurement initiatives.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting executive strategy development, organizational change initiatives, or strategic communications.
  • Preferred: PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma, or a comparable certification.
