Description

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across program workstreams to support contract objectives.
  • Evaluate operational workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with program leadership, functional teams, and government stakeholders on value stream management and operational planning.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support workforce readiness, training coordination, and operational enablement activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by streamlining workflows and standardizing operational processes.
  • Support successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Develop and manage operational processes that improve overall program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in program operations, business operations, healthcare operations, process improvement, or operational management.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple operations, delegate tasks, communicate clearly, and evaluate performance metrics.
  • Experience developing reports, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting executive decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions and presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Experience supporting Federal Government programs, preferably within VA, DoD, DHA, HHS, or other federal healthcare organizations.
  • Experience supporting healthcare transformation, digital health, healthcare technology, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience supporting organizational change management, workforce enablement, or operational readiness initiatives.
