Description

  • Drive cost savings and cost avoidance through vendor negotiations, volume consolidation, and license optimization.
  • Review active agreements for commercial risks, redundant tools, and renegotiation opportunities.
  • Track and report spend, savings, vendor performance, and renewal pipeline metrics.
  • Translate stakeholder requests into procurement requirements and specifications.
  • Research markets, identify alternative vendors, benchmark pricing, and lead RFQ/RFP processes.
  • Prepare total-cost-of-ownership analyses to support purchasing decisions.
  • Own vendor sourcing, negotiations, contract routing, execution, renewals, and non-renewals.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to resolve contract issues and maintain compliance.
  • Manage procurement records and subscriptions using 1C ERP and Jira.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on procurement limits and approval workflows while managing vendor disputes and performance issues.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing indirect procurement categories end to end.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and SLA structures independently.
  • Experience conducting structured RFQ/RFP processes and total-cost-of-ownership evaluations.
  • Working knowledge of 1C ERP, Jira, and advanced Google Sheets, including formulas and data modeling.
  • Understanding of commercial contract terms and Legal, InfoSec, and Finance approval workflows.
  • Ability to prioritize numerous active requests and time-sensitive renewals.
  • Upper-Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian or Russian.
  • Degree in Business, Economics, or Supply Chain preferred.
  • Experience negotiating SaaS, IT, or digital service contracts preferred.
  • Experience optimizing procurement processes or automating purchasing workflows preferred.
