Description

  • Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates.
  • Set the team up to work safely and productively while building a positive site culture.
  • Delegate daily tasks through Shift Leads and drive strong employee satisfaction and performance.
  • Own day-to-day operations of a DashMart warehouse, including light-prep kitchen activities where applicable.
  • Manage scheduling and labor budget for the site.
  • Ensure the warehouse meets site-level metric goals and operational standards.
  • Maintain key quality metrics such as order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with inventory and training teams to support team performance.
  • Use data to identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement projects.
  • Design, build, and execute improvements to warehouse operations, quality metrics, and employee experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations such as retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfillment, logistics, or operations.
  • Experience developing people and delivering results in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
  • Ability to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts, including late-night and weekend availability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments.
  • Analytical experience using Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
  • A college degree or relevant professional work experience.
  • Relocation offered.
