Description

  • Develop deep understanding of each client’s brand, values, customer avatars, and campaign requirements to inform creative strategy.
  • Strategize and write detailed script briefs and full video footage concepts tailored to current TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.
  • Specify B-roll and other footage requirements in script briefs to ensure creatives meet campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Research, identify, reach out to, and recruit content creators who match each brand’s customer avatar and testing concept.
  • Select, arrange, and coordinate a content-creator team for each project and manage creator communications about project scope.
  • Perform quality control on received content, provide constructive feedback to creators, and ensure final video ad variations meet guidelines.
  • Monitor and keep up-to-date with ongoing TikTok and Reels trends and adapt creative concepts accordingly.
  • Occasionally communicate directly with clients to clarify requirements and present creative approaches.
  • Assist the Product Manager with related tasks as required to support campaign delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating engaging creative content across a range of niches.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of social media trends and algorithms, with particular emphasis on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Ability to identify and strategize for different customer avatars’ pain points across multiple niches.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills for liaising with creators, colleagues, and clients.
  • Strong presentation, organizational, time-management, accountability, and responsiveness skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving, analytical mindset, and openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Experience working autonomously and remotely is a major advantage; familiarity with managing time and tasks independently.
  • Must be available and responsive during office hours: Mondays to Fridays between 3–6 PM Barcelona (BCN) time.
  • Must have a stable internet connection, a laptop or PC, and ability to attend virtual video conferences.
  • Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement, accept contractor status after NDA, agree to an exclusivity clause, and commit to a 30-day notice period after the first month.
