Description

  • Collaborate with design, product management, and engineering to drive planning and execution across teams.
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate execution risks by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and improving stakeholder communication.
  • Create schedules, set goals, and define milestones for individual projects and broader team portfolios.
  • Maintain team-level bookkeeping to support efficient sprint-level operations.
  • Track and report project and goal progress in formats tailored to different audiences.
  • Create, drive, and optimize planning, execution, and reporting processes that support the rhythm of the business.
  • Support strategic activities such as roadmap planning, resourcing, and cost management.
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and impact across teams.
  • Uphold a culture of focus, delivery, and accountability across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into plain language.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working with cloud-based service-oriented architectures.
  • Proven record of building and delivering successful products.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Very strong ability to dive deeply into technical problems and use data to find solutions.

  • Base salary range of $200,000 to $220,000, depending on location, skills, and experience.
