Description

  • Review and reconcile account data in retirement accounts and Human Interest operating accounts.
  • Become an expert in 3-4 operational processes and serve as a knowledge resource for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide transactional support to Operations teams during high-volume periods, interim product development, and other prioritized business needs.
  • Trace transaction information through the full recordkeeping lifecycle.
  • Identify operational issues, analyze root causes, and propose practical solutions in collaboration with team members.
  • Assist with triaging incoming assignments to teammates.
  • Contribute to team improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Handle a varied workload that includes complex assignments and escalated issues.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in 401(k), banking, or a related financial operations field.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan ahead and meet performance goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of task ownership.
  • Determination to overcome challenges.
  • Ability to identify and communicate process improvements.
  • Ability to trace 401(k) transactions through the recordkeeping lifecycle and identify root causes of reconciliation or recordkeeping errors.
  • Consistently exceeds expectations in the current role.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management concepts, including positions, trades, and securities (preferred).
  • Prior experience with institutional trading or custodial operations (preferred).
  • Prior experience processing corporate actions, fund swaps, or trade settlement reconciliation (preferred).
  • ASPPA RPF certificate or QKA credentials (preferred).

  • Base salary of $23.61 - $28.00 per hour, depending on location, skills, and experience.
