Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients establishing technical integrations with 400+ payroll providers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of payroll provider systems and review incoming payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that affect data flow between clients, Human Interest, and payroll partners.
  • Evaluate data discrepancies and make independent adjustments that may affect clients and assets under management.
  • Draft procedures documenting the flow of payroll-related information and support compliance with SEC, DOL, and IRS regulations.
  • Investigate technology issues, identify root causes, and partner with other teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Guide clients through data analysis and support their data transmission efforts.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders and focus on needs-based solutions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help lead projects that may impact the broader business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a role requiring troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a project plan.
  • Passion for process improvement and ability to lead change effectively.
  • Experience working with retirement plans or payroll providers.
  • General understanding of the laws and regulations governing the retirement or payroll industry.
  • Willingness to learn new programs, systems, and the retirement industry.
  • Strong focus on quality.
  • Strong PC skills, including experience with G Suite products.
  • Ability to adapt to different client systems and user interfaces and troubleshoot software issues as they arise.

  • Base salary of $28.50 to $30.77 per hour, depending on location and experience.
