Description

  • Drive resolution of complex internal issues by managing and resolving Salesforce (SFDC) cases.
  • Unblock internal teams and support establishment of more effective customer-facing and operational processes.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation of team processes to ensure standardization and consistency in handling.
  • Work with business partners to identify key process issues, recommend improvements, and implement perpetual tracking methods.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize complex operational processes and runbooks.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to triage, escalate, and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Quickly pivot between tasks and priorities to address urgent queue-based needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working in a queue-based customer service environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), especially in case handling.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining complex processes and documentation.
  • Proactive and professional communication skills in cross-functional settings.
  • Ability to connect process changes to business impact and measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues and drive consensus.
  • Analytical mindset with a desire to grow skills in process improvement.
  • Flexibility to quickly pivot between tasks and priorities as needed.
