Description

  • Build scalable, interactive web applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript integrated with cloud systems and web services.
  • Architect and develop frontend experiences integrated with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations and assess feature feasibility with UX, design, QA, and strategy teams.
  • Ensure applications meet W3C, WCAG, and ARIA standards and optimize Core Web Vitals, responsiveness, and cross-device performance.
  • Apply object-oriented principles, specification design, inline documentation, and code reviews in an agile environment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Troubleshoot complex application issues and collaborate with global clients on post-launch enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of engineering experience in agile environments delivering large-scale web projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager; AEM Edge Delivery Services experience is preferred.
  • Expertise in JavaScript (ES202x), TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Sass or modern CSS preprocessors.
  • Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
  • Knowledge of WCAG/ARIA, inclusive design, Core Web Vitals, and Lighthouse audits.
  • Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development, Agentic Engineering practices, and AI tools such as Claude Code.
  • Preferred experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; CI/CD tools; CDN or edge deployments; SQL/NoSQL databases; and Docker.
  • Healthcare project experience or frontend animation and motion design experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, C1+ English proficiency, and a professional license where required for an engineering degree in Colombia.
