Description

  • Lead project and program management across hybrid client and Huge teams.
  • Oversee deliverable requirements, change management, risk management, and quality standards.
  • Manage client expectations and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Direct long-term, multi-million-dollar engagements with multiple interconnected workstreams and teams.
  • Establish and manage project management processes and methodologies.
  • Balance goals and solutions across individual workstreams and the broader program.
  • Mentor, manage, and develop program delivery employees.
  • Lead strategic client discussions and presentations.
  • Represent program management within account teams and support departmental growth and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience structuring, leading, and growing multi-year, multi-million-dollar engagements with parallel workstreams and teams.
  • Experience working in a client services organization, preferably with consulting firms or interactive agencies.
  • Experience with web, mobile, video, branding, or strategic consulting projects.
  • Understanding of web and application development and design lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of web development and emerging technologies, including AR/VR, voice, and AI.
  • Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
  • Ability to operate as a generalist across diverse categories of work.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team motivation experience.
  • Regular experience leading strategic client discussions and presentations.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $150,000–$175,000 USD.
