Description

  • Lead complex programs aligned with manufacturer expectations and Keyloop’s strategy.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, resources, timelines, and multiple related projects.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Track progress against priorities and timelines, adjusting plans when needed.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to resolve program challenges.
  • Provide regular program updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with manufacturers and industry partners while addressing customer needs.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to increase program efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or similar project management methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading complex programs involving scope alignment, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience with IT systems, SaaS environments, and cloud computing concepts.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge of OEM sales and aftersales journeys.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Ability to align program goals with company strategy and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, conflict-resolution, and risk-mitigation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with generative AI technologies and their application to project management is preferred.
